AI and your information
Our AI uses recipient profiles to suggest gifts. This processing happens securely on our servers. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their marketing. The AI learns from aggregate, anonymized patterns to improve recommendations for all users. Your individual data remains private.
Sharing with other services
Flower payments
Authorize.Net processes flower payments securely through our fulfillment partner, Florist One. Florist One is the merchant of record. Your browser converts your card details into a payment token. We never store your card details on our servers.
Retailer and affiliate links
Gift links may take you to retailers such as Amazon, which have their own privacy policies. We may earn a commission when you buy. We do not share your personal information with these retailers beyond what is needed to complete a purchase you initiate.
What we do not share
We never sell your personal information. We do not share your recipient profiles, gift preferences, or occasion data with advertisers or data brokers.
Keeping and protecting your data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete recipients, occasions or your whole account at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We protect your information with TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, secure authentication and regular security audits.

You have the right to:
